Selection instructions

●The air core reactor is installed on the power supply side, and the iron core reactor is located on the neutral point side. To limit the closing inrush current, the reactance rate is 0.5-1; the reactance rate to suppress the 5th, 7th and above harmonics is 6%; the reactance rate to suppress the 3rd and above harmonics is 12%.
●The main wiring method adopts single-star/double-star connection, single-star uses open triangle protection, and double-star uses neutral point unbalance protection.
●Single capacitor capacity 50-500kvar

●Complete set of indoor frame-type capacitors: It is composed of series reactors, incoming line frames and capacitor frames. The air-core reactors are generally three-phase stacked or three-phase flat.
The incoming line frame includes a high-voltage isolating switch, discharge coil and lightning arrester. The capacitor frame is generally arranged in two layers and one row. If the capacity is particularly large, it can be arranged in two rows and two layers. Both are equipped with external fuses, and the capacitor frame door can be a mesh fence door or a steel door with an observation window. Reactors must be fenced.
●Outdoor frame type: GW4-12D high-voltage isolating switch enters the line, and the switch is installed on the platform. After the isolating switch is a reactor, which is generally three-phase stacked. When the capacity is large, it can be installed in phases, and the corresponding capacitors are also installed in phases. When the capacity of a single capacitor is 50~500kvar, the capacitor frame is arranged in a single row or double row with three layers, and the arrester and discharge coil are properly installed on the frame; At the same time, the capacitors can be arranged in phases, each phase is arranged in two rows and one layer, and the arrester and discharge coil are placed on the top of the frame. The whole set of equipment is surrounded by a fence door not less than 1.8~2 meters, and the fence door should have at least one trap door to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
●The 35kV devices are all outdoor frame type, and the capacitors and reactances are arranged in separate phases. The capacitor frame is supported by 35kV high-voltage insulators and insulated from the ground. Capacitors are arranged in two rows and one layer. The arrester is installed near the reactor, and the discharge coil is installed near the neutral point of the frame. The 35kV power supply is led to the upper end of the GW4-35 D isolation switch, which is installed on the platform. The whole set of equipment is surrounded by a fence door of no less than 2 meters, and the fence door should have at least one trap door to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
