The high-voltage soft starter controls the input voltage by controlling the conduction angle of the thyristor to change the voltage value of the stator terminal of the motor, that is, it can control the starting torque and starting current of the motor, so that the soft start of the motor can be realized Take control. At the same time, it can accelerate smoothly according to the set starting parameters, thereby reducing the electrical impact on the grid, motor and equipment. The high-voltage soft start device can start the machine locally, or use an external dry contact for remote start. At the same time, PLC and communication (485 interface, Modbus) can also be used for start-stop control. When starting the high-voltage soft-start device, you can choose two different modes of soft start (standard soft start, soft start with kick function, constant current soft start, dual voltage ramp start, etc.) or direct start to meet the different needs of the application site.

The intelligent control method of the high-voltage soft starter can accurately set parameters such as starting torque, starting current, starting time, and shutdown time, and can also be controlled by networking with microcomputers and PLCs.
